Welcome to Rameshwaram Hotel & Convention Centre. By booking our services or visiting our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Bookings

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the hotel management.

1.2. A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

1.3. Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by adults.

1.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at its discretion.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

2.1. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

2.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2.3. For event bookings, check-in time is 01:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

2.4. Maximum occupancy is three persons per room. A fourth occupant is permitted only if they are below 12 years of age.

3. Payment Terms

For Room Bookings: 3.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of check-in or as per the booking confirmation.

3.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

For Event/Wedding Bookings: 3.3. 100% advance payment is required before the event date as follows:

  • 30% payment at the time of booking

  • 20% within 1 month from booking date

  • 50% payment 15 days prior to the event

3.4. A refundable security deposit cheque of minimum ₹4,00,000 must be submitted 15 days prior to the event.

3.5. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking amount. Management reserves the right to release dates if payment terms are not met.

3.6. Copy of PAN/TAN/GST must be submitted for billing purposes.

4. Cancellation Policy

For Room Bookings: 4.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in will not incur charges.

4.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may attract cancellation fees equivalent to one night’s stay.

4.3. No-shows will be charged for the first night or as per booking terms.

For Event/Wedding Bookings: 4.4. In case of cancellation, advance amounts are non-refundable.

4.5. However, if the hotel secures another booking for the same dates, advance payments will be refunded.

4.6. Management reserves the right to assess each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during their stay.

5.2. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account, and repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

5.3. Guests must maintain decorum and not disturb other guests or engage in unlawful activities.

5.4. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

5.5. Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is obtained from management.

6. Outside Food & Beverages

6.1. Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted on the premises unless specifically approved by management.

6.2. All catering for events is managed in-house by our professional culinary team.

6.3. We do not provide quarter plates at live counters unless:

  • Head count is maintained at entrance/valet, OR

  • 20% extra charge over the minimum guarantee is paid

6.4. Menu for events must be finalized at least 2 weeks in advance.

7. Event-Specific Terms

7.1. All necessary permits, licenses, and no-objection certificates must be arranged by the guest and provided to management before the event.

7.2. Firecrackers are strictly not allowed within 100 meters of the property.

7.3. Indoor music is permitted until 11:30 PM and outdoor music until 10:30 PM.

7.4. Any additional venues beyond those mentioned in the booking will be charged extra.

7.5. The hotel is not responsible for any services provided by external contractors or vendors engaged by guests.

7.6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by contractors/workers engaged by them.

8. Safety & Security

8.1. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles during the stay or event.

8.2. Guests are advised to use in-room safes for valuables.

8.3. The hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms or event areas for security purposes.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1. Guest information is collected for booking and service purposes only.

9.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Taxation

10.1. All prices are subject to applicable GST and government taxes as per current regulations.

10.2. Tax structure will be as per government guidelines on the day of billing.

10.3. Taxes are subject to change without prior notice based on government directives.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

12. Modifications

12.1. Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12.2. Guests will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
